Warranty and damage cover 

Here at Raelyn Rose Jewellery, we stand by our quality and are proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty on all of our pieces. This warranty covers reasonable damage caused by general wear and tear including:

• Stone re-tightening
• General polishing
• General repairs
• Re-rhodium plating
• Resizing (see more details below)
•  

If a piece is damaged by other than general wear (accidental damage) or shows signs of improper use, our team will repair the piece with a repair fee based on the level of damage which is determined on a case-by-case basis. Our limited lifetime warranty does not cover the damage or loss of focal stones - focal stones will be repaired/replaced with an applicable fee which will be determined on a case-by-case basis. 

Please note that due to many of our sapphires being unique and One Of A Kind, replacements will be offered based on stone availability. We will try to match your original sapphire as close as possible but there may be some variance.  

We offer one free ring resize within 12 months of purchase. After 12 months, ring resizing will be offered at an additional cost and on a case-by-case basis (we are happy to quote in advance, please contact us for more information). Please note that not all pieces can be resized as some designs are non-resizable. Each piece will have a note in the item description to let you know if that particular piece can or cannot be resized. If you are still unsure please Contact Us - we'd be happy to clarify. 

To help prevent damage to your jewellery, please wear and clean your pieces in accordance to our Jewellery Wear, Care & Cleaning Guide. If you have any questions or concerns about cleaning or when to wear or remove your jewellery, please reach out to our team and we would be happy to guide you.

Our warranty will be  void if:

Another jeweller has undertaken any kind of work on your Raelyn Rose piece, such as repairs or resizing. We offer a wide range of repairs, resizing and maintainanance services. All work on our pieces must be complete by us only. We are unable to guarantee the quality of work and hence the integrity of your piece if another jeweller has worked on or modified it. In the event that another jeweller has altered or repaired the piece, our warranty will no longer be valid.
