Ordering jewellery online is very exciting. We are just as excited as you are and want to ensure your item is delivered as quickly and safely as possible.

All jewellery is sent securely in a discrete, sturdy mailer box. Your parcel includes: Your jewellery (of course!) safely packaged in a custom Raelyn Rose velvet jewellery box, a polishing cloth, and an authenticity card stating the unique features of your piece, your purchase date and a unique item number to identify your piece. 

All domestic (Australian) orders are sent via Australia Post Express service with signature on delivery and have an expected delivery timeframe of 1-3 working days. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local Post Office where it can be picked up within 2 weeks. All domestic parcels can be tracked on the Australia Post website. 

All International orders are sent via DHL Express express parcels and have an expected delivery timeframe of approximately 3-5 business days (this time may vary during holiday seasons and depending on your destination country). All of our international parcels are fully trackable on the DHL website.
