2025 Christmas Order Deadlines: What You Need To Know

Our team is deeply committed to delivering your pieces on time, whether your order is for a special occasion, a milestone, a proposal or simply a gift to yourself. To make that possible we want to be transparent about our 2025 ordering deadlines to ensure you have all the information you need to plan ahead. 

 

Why Our Order Deadlines Matter:

Every piece we create (custom orders, made to order or ready to ship pieces), require time, care and skilled craftsmanship to maintain our high quality standards. Additional to our production time, shipping time is additional to production time and hence is something we always consider when working with holiday delivery deadlines to ensure your pieces arrive on time. 

 

Our 2025 Order deadlines for Christmas Delivery:

  • Standard Made-To-Order collection (stock items): 10th November 2025.
  • Semi-customs/minor adjustments to our Made-To-Order collection (stock items): 10th November 2025.
  • Ready-To-Ship (One Of A Kind) Collection for domestic addresses: 10th December 2025.
  • Ready-To-Ship (One Of A Kind) Collection for international addresses: 2nd December 2025.
  • Custom Orders: 10th November 2025.

Our capacity for rush orders will depend on gemstone availability and bench capacity. Please Contact Our Team Here for rush order enquiries for orders being placed after the above mentioned deadlines. 

Orders placed after the holiday deadlines will deliver in early 2026 (unless discussed otherwise with our team). 

 

What happens after you place an order: 

  1. Order Confirmation & Materials Reservation: Once your order is placed, we reserve all the materials (metals, diamonds, gemstones, etc.) needed for your pieces. 
  2. Design/Bench Work Begins: Our skilled jewellers begin working on your piece immediately. Our team handle pre-polishing, stone setting, final polishing, engraving, resizing, etc. and all quality control procedures to ensure our high quality standards are met. 
  3. Final Quality Control & Finishing: Before dispatch, each piece is given one final polish and quality inspection before being packaged safely for delivery to you. 
  4. Shipping & Transit: Shipping times vary by location, carrier and route. Please note that Shipping times do not include production times. All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post Express Service with signature on delivery. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express with signature on delivery. 
  5. Tracking & Updates: You will receive tracking details via email as soon as your order ships. For international orders, duties, customs hold ups, or local courier delays may impact final delivery. 

 

Tips to ensure you dont miss the deadline: 

  • Order Early - the sooner you place your order, the more time our jewellers have to finish your piece.
  • Communicate any special requirements (proposals, anniversaries, travel plans, etc.) so we can organise order finishing accordingly. 
  • Reach out to our team about any last minute or rush orders. We may be able to accomodate but this will be decided on a case-by-case basis, based on material availability and bench capacity.

 

What If You Miss The Christmas Order Deadline?

We'll always do our best to assist you. If you would like to place an order after the cutoff but need it delivered before Christmas, please reach out to our team and we will let you know if we have the capacity to accomodate.
