All of our jewellery is made to order. We do not bulk produce our pieces and we do not keep on-hand finished stock (with the exception of One Of A Kind pieces).

When you place your order, we begin our production process. All jewellery is made in Sydney, Australia and is handcrafted to high quality standards.

Our production process is a very personalised one, and we want to ensure your piece is perfect for you to love and wear regularly. We start this special process by making the metal framework of your chosen jewellery. Once this is complete, all gemstones/diamonds are selected on a piece-by-piece basis to ensure they are a perfect match for each individual stone setting. Upon the metal undergoing a pre-polish, the stones are then set and your piece will receive another final polish to give it a smooth and shiny final look. Where applicable, chains are attached, jump rings are created, clasps are added, and numerous other in-between steps are undertaken to complete your piece. Numerous quality checks are conducted throughout the production process to ensure each piece is up to standard.

Overall the production process can take up to a few weeks due to the numerous steps involved. We take pride in our personalised production process; Each item offered on our website has its own specific production time, which is given in the item description. Most of our pieces range from 3-6 week production times, however this time can vary from piece to piece.

Our One Of A Kind pieces are an exception to being made to order. The pieces of this range are created prior to being made available on our website as they are unique, one-off pieces.
